With 80 feet of waterfront on Lake Austin, a stunning inground pool, hot tub, expansive deck, two-level dock with a lift for lounging and storing your boat, two kayaks, two paddle boards, a lilypad, and a spacious shaded lawn adorned by beautiful, giant trees, your group will have everything they need to immerse themselves in lake life.

Inside, you will be welcomed with a grand staircase and a modern marble entryway that leads into a wide open space with floor-to-ceiling windows that show off the fantastic backyard. The living space of this house perfectly embodies a casual, beachy, and sophisticated vibe.

Ideal for large groups, the property accommodates up to 23 guests. Four of the seven bedrooms boast spa-like private baths, and each room, including a unique bunk room with queen-over-queen beds suitable for adults and kids alike, is meticulously designed for your comfort.

HOUSE LIMITATIONS: While we love to celebrate special occasions, the property does not operate as a venue. Reservations are for accommodations only. No guests under 25 (without parent or legal guardian). No Bachelor parties. No smoking anywhere on the premises.

There is an additional fee and damage deposit required for dogs. There are also weight and breed restrictions. Limit 2 dog.

This home is unmatched. So much space, great pool, incredible boat dock. We are so glad to have been one of the first renters here & cannot wait to book again for later this summer. Quick drive for us from Dallas & perfect spot to visit our daughter at UT for the weekend!
