The main house features 4 well-appointed rooms, including one that can double as a game room and another that can be used as an office. A separate apartment provides added privacy with its own kitchenette and cozy living space—perfect for guests who appreciate a bit more seclusion. Designed with an open concept, the main living area is light, airy, and perfect for gathering and entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, ideal for preparing group meals.
The backyard is an urban oasis with a beautiful pergola, outdoor living space with TV, and it’s set up for dining alfresco. The swim spa is great for relaxing or doing laps - it has a current system for swimming!
The location is minutes away from the dining and nightlife the area is known for including award-winning restaurants. It is an excellent central spot for expanding your visit into nearby neighborhoods like S Congress, Rainey Street, and downtown - and for Austin’s famous events like F1, SXSW, and ACL. If you’re a college football fan, you are 1.5 miles away from the Darrell K Royal Texas Memorial Stadium, and UT Austin parents who are visiting, you can't find a better place to stay! Whether you're here to explore or relax, this lovely house offers everything you need.
Per the city of Austin short term rental ordinance the following rules apply to every vacation rental within city limits, with no exceptions: 1) Outdoor spaces are not available for use from 10 PM to 7 AM, 2) Parties and events are not permitted

HOUSE LIMITATIONS: While we love to celebrate special occasions, the property does not operate as a venue. Reservations are for accommodations only. No guests under 25 (without parent or legal guardian). No Bachelor parties. No smoking anywhere on premises.
